Anthony and his crew arrived timely, worked until completion, and fully explained whatever I needed to know about the operation of my new furnace and air conditioner. His customer service extends to having a computer-based follow up system to relieve his customers from ever having to be concerned with making appointments for routine maintence of the equipment, which is important to me as an already detail-overburdened working woman.
I was impressed with the customer service from my initial call, speaking with AMTEK's office manager, Trish, who arranged for a home evaluation, at my convenience, the very next day. I was promised installation in about a week, again at MY convenience, which took place as promised. Trish followed up several times, to keep me apprised of the schedule, and to alert me when the crew would arrive. The men were courteous, worked neatly and efficiently, and left my property in the good condition any homeowner would expect.
I would not hesitate to recommend AMTEK to friends and family.
