After I left the exam room things didn’t go well. Long wait to check out . I didn’t realize I had a bill from last year that I didn’t know you charged me for until a year later. I wish I would’ve know that there was a contact try on charge.Due to time I decided not to do another “Try On” for contacts. I was charged twice on my card after I told Mrs.Wacasey that it said Approved and to take card out .She said it didn’t go through on her side . I still have not received my credit on my account. Not sure what keeps going on with the front staff but there is always new people . Dr.Wacasey is great but I think he needs to work on the front office.
