Hi there. Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience here at our office. I just wanted to address your concern regarding co-pays/deductibles to help you better understand the position we are in. When we sign on as a preferred provider for any insurance company, we sign a contract stating we will make a "reasonable effort" to collect patient portions for treatment. When we say we will take the insurance portion as "payment in full" we violate that contract. This puts the office at risk of being removed as providers.
Being an upstanding office, we try to follow the guidelines set forth by the insurance companies. We will make every effort to ease the patients financial burden by allowing you to make payments that are comfortable for you. We would, however, need you to communicate with us directly regarding your financial needs before we can help you with that. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call. I will be more than happy to go over treatment and financials and work with your budget.
With that being said, if you prefer to go elsewhere we will be sad to see you go , but can forward x-rays to a provider of your choosing.
