So, I purchased my services there on groupon, and was so excited to go. My visit was to include wash, cut, blow out, and style. First of all, the stylist hurt me badly. I am tenderheaded, but it has been many many years since anyone has hurt me, it was bad enough I was shaking by the time I left. I discussed with the stylist what I wanted (I have extremely long, thick, and curly hair). I wanted 5-6 inches cut of and then for it to be layered. The stylist did cut about 5 inches off. He used a mat over my back and just cut it straight across. He was blow drying my hair when someone came and told him, "your next appointment is here, guess who it is?" He said, "I don't know, who?" To which she responded "My BFF!" I thought that was incredibly rude. Then after another minute or two, he turned off the blow dryer, handed me my purse and walked me to the front. I was just in shock. My hair was not all the way dry, he had not put any layers in it nor styled it. When I walked out, my hair was a hot frizzy mess. I went home and finished blow drying it and it was even worse than I thought. The right side was inches longer, with a two inch section being even longer. The haircut was completely blunt, I can't even braid my hair properly to hide it, but have trouble with bands staying in because of how blunt it is. My hair grows really fast, and so I am really easy going about hair cuts, and I have never left a negative review for a hairstylist. I can without a doubt say that this was by far, the worse haircut and experience I have ever had. I was treated as if I was secondary to another patron, was not provided all of the services I paid for, and was given the worse quality service ever. This was the only time that a haircut has made me cry in all my 29 years.
