First visit, saw Krista. She was super sweet, I am not happy with the color at all. I wante highlights and came out with golden roots with white overall on top and in front. She tried to fix it but it still looks bad. I'm at another salon now trying to get it fixed. I think when she was rinsing out the bleach, she realized it wasn't on long enough and attempted to add bleach to get rid of the gold. It is horrible and I'm hoping it can at least be fixed to the point that I don't have to be embarrassed anymore. I could honestly have done a better job myself and am very disappointed with it. When I told her I didn't like it, I felt like she was blaming me for not explaining it to her better, I showed her a picture and said I like blonde in the front, however I have never had anyone totally bleach it out, I am a 40 year old woman and look like a teenager who experimented with my hair :( I can't say enough just how upset I am. She did a fine job with the cut, but it doesn't even matter because the color is so bad anyway. I still was charged $130. I won't go back. She was nice, I just feel that it was the worst experience I've ever had unfortunately :(

In response to the above review, we are deeply sorry that our guest was unhappy with the color received. We strive to have a very thorough and detailed consultation so that we avoid any misunderstandings. Our goal is to make every guest feel beautiful and meet their expectations while still maintaining the integrity of the hair and scalp. One way to protect the integrity of the hair is by adding a toner at the shampoo bowl to enhance the health of the hair, not adding additional lightener. Our hope is that if these needs are not met, that we are allowed to make any corrections necessary so that our guest feels like we did absolutely everything we could professionally to meet their requests.
