But as the slogan rhyme's"Pilates and more!" We not only specialize in Pilates but offer Physical & Chiropractic Therapy, Pole Dancing, Kids Classes and Massage. Our already well-informed staff is kept current by continued education workshops, & constant communication among us allowing them to pull from a deep knowledge of Pilates, and a variety of mind-body movement practices including yoga, dance and weight training. We strive to please each individual client by having different levels of classes and varying each workout as much as possible.
