It's always terrific. Still having a problem with my damaged hair. Now the Salon is telling me it's the way I dry it and style it. I just don't know anymore. I've been to every person practically in the Salon except the owner. We shall see what I do next.

When I got to my appointment, they said I was only booked for a partial when I had asked for a full color. My stylist had to leave before she was done with me and had a trainee wash and dry my hair. Not what I expect when I’m paying $155 for something.

I researched your 05/29 visit, and as you indicated you had a Partial Foils on the books at the tail end of the colorist schedule, also as the notes indicated, you must be given extra time because, you are blessed with a ?ton of hair? :D

As I understand the colorist did a thorough written consultation and quoted you for Partial Foil with heavy density + toner and the price, as it is a part our ritual. She stayed with you to make sure of your satisfaction before the Jr. Stylist took over only to style your hair. (approx. 1hr. beyond her schedule)
