Having used Arise Services for the last 7 years, we have had excellent service. Scheduling appointments has been a pleasure as the ladies who work there are professional as well as customer friendly. Both Robin and Marge go out of their way to schedule appointments as well as discuss options of service. Our Service Person, Levi, has not only arrived at scheduled time but performs his checks to our equipment with skill and does the process quickly. He goes out of his way to check out all our system and consult with us concerning the work he does each time he works at our residence. We appreciate the work that the employees at Arise do for us.

Received inspection of all aspects of heating unit. Service person was thorough and courteous.

I am not happy with the service because I believe I was overbilled. The repairman was at my house for approx. one hour, he waited for the line to thaw out, then added one pound of refrigerant, and he replaced a missing small plastic cap. The charge for this was $183 in addition to the $89 mandatory service fee. I don't see how the $183 is justified with a total bill of $272.

Additionally I was told by an Arise representative that the repairman would discuss with me what would need to be done and how much it would cost before doing the repair. Unfortunately the repairman never inform me that the charge would be $189.

Arise Services replied:

Tino, our sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction with your experience with Arise. We make every effort to inform our customers about anticipated charges before the service call and during the call. Apparently our technician may not have been as clear in explaining the cost associated with a forced thaw of your frozen AC unit and the cost to add refrigerant. Our office staff clearly explains the service call fee on each phone call to schedule a service call. This service call fee includes travel and diagnostic time. Repair/remediation time is part of our flat rate repair billing. Fortunately, our service technician was able to force thaw your system rather quickly (less than one hour) and get your system up and running for you again. Had it taken more time, the charge would have been the same since our billing is based on flat rate. We hope this clarifies your concerns about the repair charges you incurred. He was great as usual. I thought the inspections were included in the warranty we purchased. I dont remember paying before.

Levi was great. Very knowledgeable about our equipment and thorough servicing our 2 units. He even took the vent cover off in the kitchen area so that I could wash it and he could replace it prior to him leaving. I was never able to remove it!

Craig helped us with an upgrade of older thermostats to newer, WiFi-enabled ones and he was great. He walked through everything step by step, and made sure we knew how to operate our new equipment. He was thorough and a great help. I would highly recommend Arise for your Carrier needs.

I couldn't be happier! We had a "big name chain company" come out that did a quick look and said the entire system should be replaced at astronomical prices. Some of what they said didn't seem logical so I asked my friends for recommendations of a competent, trustworthy company and Arise was suggested.

Arise sent out "Levi" who was very thorough on both ends of the system and had it running great for a very reasonable fee.

When we replace our aging unit in the near future, we will call Arise for sure.

Went for my routine 6 month check up and cleaning. After the hygienist was finished cleaning my teeth, she said okay you’re all done. I asked if the dentist was coming in to do a check and she said no. I didn’t quite understand as I thought the cleaning would also include the dentist actually coming in to say hello, check my gums, teeth, etc. THAT was disappointing!
