I am very disappointed therefore I have to write this review. I have spent over $2,000 during my course as a customer at this salon. On July 19, I received services and was dissatisfied with the process, after receiving a color, I noticed patches in which my hair was still grey. Four different people had their hands in my hair that day. This salon claims to have a gratification policy for unsatisfied customers, in my case, this was not true! One day after my unpleasant hair treatment, I called and left a message about my displeasure. The return phone call from the owner Ashley K, never happened. I am still waiting. In fact, I am most sure after this review is posted, I will be told that she never received my phone message.
Our gratification policy does stand true, and yes you are correct, I never received any complaint in regards to your services. I believe in providing exceptional customer satisfaction. It would have been my pleasure to provide you free of charge with another color service. I apologize for the lack of communication, and that you were dissatisfied.
