The doctors here are very nice. The girl who scheduled my appointments over the phone however, seemed bothered to take my call. She was also talking to other people (in front of her) while she was talking to me on the phone. It felt rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
The doctors and the staff are great, but the wait times are really long. It is very challenging to wait with a sick child on ur hands. It is also hard to plan ur time away from work due to this. I wish the practice would work on this.
I didn't feel customer service was that great. I was 12 minutes late for my 7:30 am appointment and was bumped back to first come, first serve even though I explained I needed to get back to care for my disabled husband.
I was told my van would not be ready until after l pm.
I also asked if I dropped off my Toyota for state inspection when I picked up van, they told me I could, but it would not be ready for another week. That was unacceptable.
I was also charged $70 some dollars for a battery check while other service companies would not charge that fee.
