I have severe dental phobia...also known as odontophobia, caused from post traumatic stress. It is real and days before going I am so anxious that nearly each appointment I even attempt to make, I will hang up the phone. I have put off going to the dentist since 2011, I recently moved here and was not familiar with any one. After reading online the ease of another patient I decided to give it a try, the worst that could happen besides hyper ventilation and passing out would be to never return...but as you read ahead..I am going back...Rest assured the ladies in the office are very concerned,cordial and you are not just another face.... and the dentist himself is relaxing , comfortable and professional. Kudos to the team...I had received two small fillings and the task at hand was effortless, even with my TMJ ! My next appointment will be trickier, I am in need of a root canal, ugh....I wonder if I need to cancel...lol...NOT !!
