As a first-time customer and a longtime car guy, I was really pleased with the level of customer service I received from start to finish. Your advisors have a great in-person manner that was also refreshingly great over-the-phone. Not everyone can make you comfortable on the phone but your guys nail it. Coming into the transaction, I knew that y'all weren't the most inexpensive but your availability was right, your reception to my needs was right, and your scheduling was right. So to me, the value is absolutely there. And I'll be back again.
I always know it's going to be a good experience if JR is working. Had a bunch of things done and my car was in and out in an hour's time. Great effort on the tech's part too. I moved to Cary in 1997 & started taking my cars there in 1998. Other than a few times, I've always had a great experience there.
