I'm disappointed in the difference between my expectations and what was delivered. I do appreciate the sales team working to get my quote down some, but I still spent a fortune and was hoping for a different outcome as expected. I did not receive much communication as well about when the installation was scheduled, or even a follow up call or email to see if I was satisfied.
