I got a nail in my tire. Dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon. Felt like I was a complete inconvenience to the employees. I was worried that where the nail was closer to the side of the tire that the entire tire would need to be replaced. Employee behind the counter didn't go look at it and dismissed me saying that "I'm sure we can fix it". He calls me 2 hours later to say I needed a new tire (which I expected). My car would be ready the next day. Finally by 3:15 the next day, someone called to say "we picked up the wrong tire so we gotta get the right tire". I asked if it would fixed before they closed. He said he was short staffed and didn't know if they could. I pushed and said that I expected the issue to be corrected before they closed. It was fixed by 530 closing time.
Very disappointed to hear employee complaints about not having enough staffing to fix my car. (Complaints on both days when I dropped off and picked up). No apology for wrong tire and delay. Overall extremely poor customer service. I'll be unsubscribing from my reminder emails and going elsewhere for service.
Glad I was able to speak to you today about your visit last month. I am truly sorry that your service writer was not as attentive as both you and I would have liked. I can say that we were short staffed all month as the flu bug hit us hard leaving us short handed all month, never have I seen it run thru the whole shop like that. I appreciate you reaching out to us as this is the only way I am able to be aware of these types of unfavorable situations and discuss them with my employees. We truly appreciate your business and do strive to see everyone have a favorable experience and help everybody in a timely fashion Again I do apologize and hope your next visit is more like the good ones you had experienced before this most recent one.
