Customer service experience has gone downhill rapidly. They set up appointments for past customers without asking whether or not their services are required, typically at extremely inconvenient times (recent example: late afternoon the Friday before Memorial Day).
I was misgendered by their staff. They have it on the screen right in front of them, and nothing has changed in that department in the last fifty years or so. They made me feel ugly and degraded.
They attempted to sell me on a whiz bang digital exam service that I did not want and my insurance did not pay for. When I refused it they tried to bill me for it anyway even through they did not provide it, making some excuse that implied that it was my fault for being the only patient who had ever refused. There are other choices. Nuff said.
