Overall I really enjoy and appreciate the staff and vets at Atrium. But as a parent of a very nervous vet-visiting dog, shorter wait times would be much appreciated. My pup shakes from head to toe every time she comes to the vet. Most recently our vet encouraged us to bring her by on random days when she's not being seen, just to encourage positive experiences at the office. This is something we will try to soothe her nervous-ness. But I know shorter waits in the waiting room, followed by shorter waits in the examination room, would also mean she's not shaking from head to toe with anxiety for an additional 20+ minutes after our appointment time.
We've always been treated with the utmost patience and respect at our visits, and never felt rushed out. I realize this level of care and attention can sometimes cause those longer wait times or delays for subsequent patients. But overall, I think there could be a balance struck.
