Being honest....I came in in pain two weeks ago. My first visit was encouraging. I felt like I had a dentist that cared. I was charged $135. for that visit. I paid $20 (16oz.) for the mouth wash you wanted me to use. I found a (32 oz.) bottle at CVS for $13. OUCH!!! I returned the following Monday (still in pain) and was kept waiting over a half hour, got pictures taken (that I did not need / want) and talked to the dentist about what to do. I was charged another $100. for no relief from the pain I was in a week prior to that. I was told "you would be there for me w/ many options for communication. On Tues morning I was still in pain. I sent an e-mail voicing my concerns at &am, asking for help. I kept my cell near by, expecting / hoping to hear back. My message was sent to your spam folder, I got no call back, no response. As soon as I was able I called again only to be told I was out of luck, go to another dentist if I needed to. Not feeling the love here. I have spent $235. at your office with nothing to show for it beyond a few gum samples & an over priced bottle of mouth wash. I feel totally ripped off & my trust levels with you & your team have plummeted. I will be seeing another dentist. Cancel my appt for Monday. I do not trust you.

We apologize your expectations were not met. We offered appointment times that you declined based on your availability. Your email went to our spam folder which is why we encourage patients to call our office over email in an emergency situation, when you ultimately did call Dr was out of town attending a continuing education course. We have three highly trained doctors on call for us to treat patients whenever we are unavailable. You declined our help to get you set up to see any of them.

Pleasant experience as usual. I went in for my bi-annual cleaning and was in and out of there in 30 minutes or less without feeling rushed. Very professional and enjoyable experience.
