I am always pleased with the dental work I receive from Dr. Wainwright & staff but did not appreciate being kept waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. I arrived early for my appointment and started counting the minutes that I was kept waiting after two gentleman arrived after me with the same appointment times. They were taken to the back for service before me even though I arrived before them. My time is very valuable & I did not appreciate the bad experience I had yesterday . To top it off nobody apologized for making me wait.
