Overall service was satisfactory however parts delivery was not timely.

I'm am very sorry about the delivery of this part i remember this part and we were having trouble finding this part and it wasn't a common part but i am truly sorry about any inconvenience this has on you. For any time in the future i will always offer you a free loaner car for your daily driving as long as we have your car for no charge. I am very sorry for this and i want to offer you a free oil change on your next visit. Again i am very sorry for this and we try to get parts as quick as we can.
