I recently installed two new lower control arms to the front of my car (I did this part myself), so I took it in to get an alignment (which I don't have the tools to do myself). The technician was very honest and informative over the phone beforehand, letting me know that older cars sometimes have rusted bolts that cause routine maintenance such as this to be much more difficult than normal. I dropped my car off the next morning, and they had it done before lunch. I received a courtesy call around 10:30am to let me know that I could pick it up at my convenience. The price charged was the same as what was quoted, and there was no pressure to have them perform any other services, like many shops will do to try and get more work out of a customer.
The receipt that I received detailed the alignment specs and the measurements that were taken during the process to ensure me that they were able to get the alignment within the factory spec. The car now drives great. It used to pull to the left and the steering wheel was off by about 10 degrees, which have both been corrected.
Also on the bottom of the receipt was a list of factory recommended maintenance items and the frequency with which they should be performed. This seems like a nice, no pressure way of reminding me that there might be some other things to take care of soon.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
