Labor and parts fees are ridiculously high, higher than the dealership. I typically get all my maintenance done at the dealership but since I was getting a newly purchased used vehicle state inspected I allowed them to replace some of the fluids. Big mistake. One item fluid they replaced I later found out after reviewing the car fax details again had just been replaced last year at the dealership. This fluid was not due to be replaced for another 3 years or 30,000 miles. I was nowhere close to that deadline. They cannot be trusted. I'll never return.
I would like to say thank you for taking time to express your thoughts as we find it very important to get critical feedback from our customers. However, I do believe that we are competitively priced against dealerships as well as other independent repair facilities. In reference to your recommendations, we advise our customers based on 2 critical measurements which are by manufacturer mileage intervals, or by fluid condition (color, smell, acidic/ph levels). Your specific recommendations from our technician were based on the manufacturer's mileage intervals. Unfortunately, being that it was your first time using our facility there was no way to know what fluids were last changed. The recommendation was made to you and you weren't sure what fluids were changed in the vehicle because the vehicle was a new purchase. You did not have the Carfax report with you at the time we presented the recommendations. We both agreed at that time that without knowing the history of the vehicle it was best to do the fluid exchange services to make sure you vehicle stayed in optimal running condition and that you were on pace with the manufacturers mileage recommendation that can also be found in your owners manual of the vehicle. I apologize for your experience as we aim to have all customers leave with a 5 star quality service experience. Thanks once again for your business, and have a wonderful day!
