It also allows us to provide the best care for the increasing number of patients that are seeking our integrative care. We recognize this may not be for everyone but we do explain why we follow this model and why it benefits our patients. Our $50 new appointment reservation fee is explained to each new patient before an appointment is made. The individual has a choice to make the appointment with us after they are informed of the fee and if they still choose to make the appointment, it is with the understanding that they agree to the reservation fee. The fee is applied towards their deductible. We understand that it may not be something all potential patients agree with but it is something we find necessary to ensure that all patients requesting access to appointments are able to do so.
