This was by far one of the worse experience I have had Aveda. The Student did not at any point during my visit as me about my feedback on the style I wanted. Didn't even initiate a conversation, usually the students are very nice and caring. Towards the end the only conversation she had with me was, I am going to get products and blow dry and finish. To which I said, I dont use products so no products please. At that point she gave me a blank stare and said well WHY NOT. I said I just dont use Products can you just blow dry, she again stares and said Why dont you use products. As a Customer I have the right to refuse products in my own hair, I shouldn't be Starred at or have eyes rolled at me. Being a Hair Stylist is not just about cutting hair, its about building client relationship, etiquette and making your client feel Great. That's something that needs to be taught in school to.
