Your employees are so kind. I believe I was helped by Markie? A beautiful girl who was so pleasant and helpful. Her customer service skills are excellent. I needed my glasses that same day and she made sure that they were ready and was as nice as could be.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They had us laughing all through the glasses selection process, and so attentive & helpful. Didn't rush me even though it was time for them to leave.

The only reason I am providing an Above Average rating is due to the Front Desk Staff and the grade A advice/recommedations that were provided at the time of insurance counseling. The actual Doctor was mediocre and quite rude when I asked how the overall insurance would be covered and seemed to give snide remarks when I was concerned over keeping a low overall out of pocket expense like his time/expertise warranted maximum reimbursement from my insurance plans limit and as much as possible from out of my own pocket.
I am sorry you felt the Doctor was rude to you in anyway. Unfortunately he does not take care of any of the insurances and would refer back up to the front desk to make sure we meet all your needs. I look forward to assistaing you again next year.

I love the customer service skills provided from everyone in the front office. They always make me feel welcomed back year after year. I did have a new dr this year and it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks again for everything and see you guys next year!

The front desk staff were very nice, but I did not like Dr. W. as she was not particularly helpful. I will try not to go back in future.

The emplyees were very nice and professional....although the sales person who helped me in Lens crafters was all about getting the sale and tried hard to sell me add ons I didn't need, He wasn't patient with me, and I felt I could have gotten better service elsewhere.
I am sorry to hear you had a rough time with Lenscrafters. I will pass this along to the general manager as we are an Independent Doctor inside of Lenscrafters. I was happy to hear our staff was top notch for you!
