Back in Balance was conceptualized and created after years of careful planning and preparation by Clinic Director, Dr. Elana Kaplove, DC. Dr. Elana's vision was to create a "Holistic Healing Collective" in Boca Raton dedicated to helping individuals achieve their potential health state at every level physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She brought in 'the best of the best' doctors, practitioners and therapists from South Florida to work at her Practice as one Collective Unit.
At Back in Balance, we respect your body's instinctive ability to heal. We apply a wellness model of health-care, which does not stop at treating symptoms of disease, rather we go beyond to lift you to the level of well-being with appropriate natural therapies. We treat each patient as an individual, not a "case". We listen to you for your unique symptoms. Your lifestyle, environment, mental and emotional health are all considered.

Dr. Elana Kaplove and her staff provide a wonderful and very caring environment. Dr. Elana Kaplove is a true healer with a tremendous knowledge in her field. I always go to her for any injury treatment and neck adjustments. I have been a patient for years now and can recommend her highly. By the way, I tried several other chiropractors in the area and none are like her, one even injured my back severely with a wrong and hurried adjustment, Dr. Kaplove treatments get results.
