Best massage I've had in a while. But, less-than-best customer service. I was confused about the amount on a gift card I had and wasn't able to purchase the massage I signed up for via the web. The secretary was noticeably "put off" by that, but she did accommodate my needs, for which I'm grateful. She seemed annoyed enough that I felt guilty for needing to change the type of appointment I made.
Bruce is definitely talented in massage therapy. But, he, too, was a little off-putting. He was asking me lifestyle questions, but seemed agitated with my answers; somewhat like he expected different answers from me or wasn't getting the information he wanted. Other than that, he was great.
