This place is beautiful, clean, sweet staff. My first time getting a stay tan; apparently the first customer of the day. The gun was broken, and they didn't call me and was going to reschedule me. Even after a new fin was provided they were running 15 minutes behind schedule and were going to reschedule me!

Since I'm on vacation with family, I had the get a ride; no transportation and I told them each of the three times that it wasn't right that they reschedule me, that they would need to reschedule someone else. Finally, they agreed and took me in. Yes, I would go back, but I think the need to clean and check their equipment the night before. Try soaking the gun in white vinegar each night so it doesn't clog.. real simple. No staff should have to wait for the "boss", have monthly meetings to be informed on what to do!

Me hubiera gustado que me pusiera producto en el pecho, debajito del cuello donde se hacen arrugas también, además de las manos y masaje en el cráneo como he recibido faciales en otros lugares así. La atención es muy buena. Sólo esas son mis recomendaciones. Gracias.

I found the spa very relaxing and the surrounding area very serene. The spa is small and quaint. Other spas I have experienced are so large that you feel like a number. My facial was expertly done by a lovely lady. She was very gentle and I really enjoyed it. The results were great.

A word about the aveda product. It is the best skin care I have ever used. I will continue to use it --just wish it would go on sale more often.

Melissa did a nice job and her extractions were virtually painless. I do feel like the microdermabrasion was a bit rushed--I've had microdermabrasion before and usually it takes awhile and the estheticians always get my chin and neck, which Melissa did not do. Also, Melissa left while I waited with the mask on, whereas every facial I've ever had (at other spas) the esthetician gives an arm and hand massage, sometimes a foot massage too. All in all this was a mediocre facial, not bad but not great.
