It took a lot of time to find the necessary parts for the door. The communication was a bit difficult. Then the first person that came to install the new part was very rude. After that we had to order another part and that went well. The 2 men that came out and did the final install were great.

I'm extremely pleased with the product and the installers. Working with an old (161 years) church is bound to present some problems. The installers stuck with it and installed perfectly. Precision Door will be the first call, should we need new doors again.

They were the best price for the double interior steel doors for our school. There were some issues with wrong parts arriving but they kept me informed of what was going on and did not nickle and dime me for running into "unexpected" problems that always seem to pop up with some contractors. While every job can always run smoother, you get the feeling this company wants to be in business for the long term and they made sure they got it right and I was satisfied. I WILL be using them again- not because they got everything 100% perfect on the first try, but because they would not stop until I was 100% happy.
