I recently had BNG send someone to check a water problem in my crawl space. After he had finished, I asked him about the area where another party had told me was the major water problem was. He said he couldn't get under the ductwork to get to that area so didn't have an opinion on it. I don't feel I should have been charged for that service call but BNG wasted no time sending me a statement. Perhaps they won the battle but lost the war.
