I was given the breakdown for my charges while I was under gas and was asked to sign it. I don't think that's an honest way to run a business. Also, I told the doctor that my cap was too big and needed resizing before it was permanently put in and he forgot to. Now I constantly have pain because of it. The other work I've gotten done has been fine, that's why I gave two stars instead of zero.
As a walk-in patient I didn't expect to be provided the care and outstanding service that I was provided at this office. Even without dental insurance I was provided a reasonable financial option to go forward with my procedure...From the receptionist that greets you with a smile to the dental assistant who prepped me it was a pleasant experience.
Ps. After a root canal and an extraction I haven't taken 1 pain pill..thanks doc!!!
