Mr. Howard, We're sorry you feel that our customer service was not up to par on your last visit. Reading other reviews from our loyal patrons, this is not typically the case at the Carol Stream store. We have checked our computer time clock and found your wait time from entry to exit to be far less than one hour. Since you did not allow us to inspect your vehicle how can you state we seemed more interested in running up the ticket when there were no services performed?
