My stylist Raquel was very nice but she was overbooked! When I make an appointment I dont like the stylist working on me and another client at the same time. I was rushed into buying some of your very expensive products. When I decided the very next morning that I didnt want them you refused to refund my money ( $152.00)

Thank you for your feedback, Renee. Raquel is a senior stylist that works with an assistant to accommodate multiple clients. As agreed, she would be happy to schedule you a block of time so that you will be her only client. Our return policy is as follows: Exchanges only, unused products/tools within 30 days of purchase accompanied by your original receipt.
