Where do I begin to praise my experience with Jamie of Steve Blasso plumbing? We had an emergency situation on the Sat before Labor Day. He took my call immediately. He came and stayed into the night trying to fix the problem. We have a 150 year old house with well worn pipes but he didn't give up until everything was repaired and in good order. All of this happened while we had tenants in the house and my only communication was on the phone. To say I am grateful and impressed is an understatement. I am a forever customer. I have nothing to say but great things about Basso. Not only do they educate you on your furnace, but are quick and efficient with routine and emergency calls. They are very knowledgeable about the steam heat, radiators, and the furnace overall. Our tech, victor is our goto tech. Hes very knowledgeable about his field and very professional. This is a company with integrity and that is hard to come by these days.

The service techs showed up as promised, installed a new water heater and left. The two men were polite and left the basement clean and removed any rubbish.
