Love the staff and the therapist. The only problem I have is waiting on the girls to get off the phones to check me in. I feel that the check in and out people should be free of answering the phones and solely check patients in and out it would cut down on the line. Hire people to just answer phones
Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback. We do realize the check in and out can be more effective. We are working on developing a call center so our front window staff will be free of phone calls. Let us know if you notice a difference. We hope to implement it within 2 months. That is so much for helping our office serve you better!
