A la carte pricing is too expensive. $80 for a color that doesn't include even blow-drying my hair before I walk out is bad customer service. To style, you added $25 to that price. Not sure I'll return.

Our prices are a la carte because we provide many different color services to our clients. Our designers invest many hours in training and continuing education each year so they may provide our clients the latest trends and techniques. Our prices are in sync with like salons.

For the first time in over 10 years, I went and tried a new stylist. LOVE how the color came out and after two years, got a real cut! Seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The cleaning went as expected and there were no issues. When it came time for the dentist to take a look she wasn't there. I was informed that her earlier appointment cancelled and she wouldn't be in until later that morning. The hygienist told me I could wait until the dentist got in if I wanted. I was taken aback by this information since being a client, it's pretty unreal a dentist wouldn't make it a priority to see all customers as part of the service they provide. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Loyalty to customers is important. If you aren't going to make me a priority or even care to show up when I'm scheduled I will choose another dentist that will.
