The overall experience was very efficient! I came at my scheduled time for covid testing and I only had to wait 3 minutes when I was expecting to wait much longer. Both of the workers I interacted with were very nice.

I have been going several years for hyalgan injections in my left knee. At one point they had my right knee indicated until I corrected them. I have had problem with there having a provider that is certified to give the injections under Medicare so there has been delays and last time no one was able to accommodate me! A big disappointment.

I was experiencing some lower back pain. I had never been to a Chiropractor before but I knew Raymon Kooner from Overlake Golf & CC so I called him and asked him if he could send me to one of his clinics. He got me right in and I was blown away by how professional everyone was. From the second I walked in, to the examination, to the treatment itself each step was a really good experience. I felt 90% better the next day, thanks to Dr. Michael Shultz! I will tell everyone who has a "pain" to go to Bellevue Wellness and get checked out!

From Day 1 I have been so impressed with the staff and the efficient way that they manage the patient flow. So impressed with Dr. Schultz and his skill with adjustments, and ability to pinpoint where the problem lies. Gina has adeptly helped with my trigger point injections, and I am strongly considering switching to her for naturopathic care. Sarah is always so helpful and kind in directing and getting me to the right machines with good conversation and a few laughs. You can always count on Casey and Jamie to greet you warmly at the door, and it still amazes me that they remember my name. Ashley does an amazing job of laying out the costs of treatment and how it interfaces with insurance in a really organized, easy to understand format. Overall this is the example of how other wellness clinics should operate! Good job you guys !!! And to top that all off, my neck pain has really responded to the treatment plan by steadily decreasing over the last month. So thankful for that. I came to the right place for sure.

Great job and thank you for making me feel better. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. The office and work areas are set up nice, as it's open and doesn't look or feel like your crowded. Location is great as it's next to where I work within a few blocks away in the Bellevue area. What a change from before and after.
