How BeneFIT came to be...

In October of 2008, I opened BeneFIT Studio in an old storefront on Columbia Parkway in the heart of Columbia Tusculum. It had been a lifelong dream of mine to have a Wellness Studio...a cozy place where people can come for all things related to looking and feeling great! We started off by offering top notch fitness classes and training. Soon after our opening, I expanded to offer Aveda Salon Services and we were quickly running out of space...

I was lucky enough to custom design our current space on Eastern Ave. We have once again branched out to include an Aveda Spa which has rounded out our wellness services. Our team is constantly growing and so is our client base. We are proud to offer a comfortable place to get fit, get beautiful, and get healthy!
