My experience at this office was very disappointing. The office staff was not friendly and when I called to make an appointment the person on the phone seemed to be in a hurry. So much that I was not able to fully tell her the reason why I was seeing the doctor.

Once at the office, the staff was cold and disengaged. No eye contact. This was my first time visiting this place, as I am new to the area.

The experience with the nurse was not good either. She spent much of her time on the computer and when she asked the reason why I came she proceeded to tell me that the doctor only had 15 minutes to see me, and that I needed to have explained everything to the office person I talked to before coming to the office. I tried to explain to her that the office person did not give me the time of day, but she did not seem interested. Her attitude toward me was passive aggressive, and I very much disliked it. I really should have left the office by that time, but decided to calm down and wait for the doctor.

I waited in the room for 38 minutes. I finally decided to step out, and I am almost sure that it was then when the doctor decided to come in. It took about 3 minutes for her to tell me what was wrong with my wrist, and they I tried to tell her my reason for the visit in its entirety since there were 12 minutes left. She seemed annoyed and spent most of her time facing the computer and typing. It felt as though I almost had to beg her to look at my back to answer the question about my concern. I repeated to her three different times my concern, for she was not listening. It was an awful experience, and it made it worse to go back to the front desk and pay $136 for a terrible visit. I walked out of your office feeling mistreated and taken advantage of. A friend had recommended a doctor there, but I did not get to see him/her. She speaks quiet highly of this doctor. So perhaps I should have been more careful to schedule an appointment with him/her. Based on my personal experience at this practice, I would never recommend it to anybody. I am sure there are some good people here, but I would not want to risk being treated this way ever again.

I was so surprised and happy to get the service i received from Veronica and Cathy. they were both very easy to talk to and very knowledgable.

Only issue i might have is when i checked out i was not really informed of the breakdown of the cost i paid. That is pretty important since i paid more than expected.

I would suggest that the person checking out customers would be more personable and explain what i am paying for.

Dr. Latta is the BEST! She takes her time with patients. I never feel rushed. She listens to my concerns and offers support and appropriate care.

From the time I walked in till I left the office was warm and friendly. Not a ton of papers to fill out while sitting which I GREATLY appreciated. The medical assistant Rasheeda was so comforting and put me at ease. I suffer anxiety and I procrastinate going to the doctor.

Once I met Dr. Latta I was so happy I was recommended by neighbors to see her. She is assuring and she listen to everything I said, it was a lot. Going to the doctor can be overwhelming but you want to be treated like a human and feel better when you leave and a positive doctor makes all the difference.

I look forward to having a great primary care doctor at a well ran friendly facility.
