This is the second time to this salon. The first time I loved it. This time the stylist cut my hair differently & shorter. I wanted it to be cut the same way. Maybe she was in too much of a hurry.

I will go back one more time and see if it gets better.

joan, who does my color and cut is both professional and personable.

i never feel rushed and am always confident that i will be totally be satisfied with the results. i trust her with my color choice and as well i know she is listening to what i want for my hairstyle. i am always pleased with the outcome of both. thank you joan. secondly the women who are washing my hair are thorough and personable and offer a relaxing experience.

I received a Haircut from Monica. She listened to everything I wanted and performed all that I asked. It's an amazing cut and a great blow out.

I had a massage and facial. Both were very good technically speaking. The reason I rated my experience below average is that Bernard's can not be called a spa. The atmosphere in the Salon is noisy and fast-paced. The area used for massage/facial is separated by a thin glass or plastic wall-not at all quiet. Loud talking and laughing is heard above the calming music played in the room. The wait between massage and facial was on a cluttered bench in a narrow hallway with people passing. I had to get dressed after my massage only to get undressed again for my facial. Robes? EVERY other place I have ever had a massage has been FAR superior in atmosphere and about equal in quality of massage and price. I'll choose a more relaxing venue next time.

BOUGHT 2 GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW. SHE LOVES BERNARDS. UNFORTUNATELY SHE DEVELOPED A RASH, WAS ASHAMED TO GET MASSAGE. WHEN RASH FINALLY CLEARED AND SHE WAS ABLE TO GO, KEEP IN MIND SHE IS 91 YEARS YOUNG, THE CERTIFICATES EXPIRED. IN MY OPINION, POOR COMPANY POLICY.

Mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the $65. For $20 less at another upscale salon in the area, I get treated like a queen. My hair stylist was annoyed she had to shampoo me, didn't show me anywhere to hang my coat, lectured me on the damage I was doing to my hair, and gave me a cut I could've paid $13 for at the haircuttery. To top it all off I asked how they did tips and she said oh they'll tell you at the front desk. As soon as the receptionist put my receipt to sign on the counter, she disappeared. I had to dig out a pen from my purse to sign the receipt with and had to ask another customer where I put my stylist's tip. I will never come back or recommend this salon.

Moti was very honest, he could have highlighted my hair but didn't claiming it didn't need it. Jimmy blew it out and did a great job as always.
