I had an appointment for yesterday and no one showed or called.

After speaking to you we were able to confirm our after hours answering service did not convey that you wished your appointment rescheduled, only that you wanted your appointment originally scheduled on 1/31 cancelled. We will be speaking to our answering service to make sure this doesn't happen again, and in addition we have changed our call back policy on cancellations. Any cancellation made through after hours we will address directly with the customer to insure the prompt, quality service all our customers deserve every time.

In the meantime we would like to thank you for giving us a second chance to come out and give you an estimate. All feedback (positive or negative) is something we value so we can continue to improve.

Very pleased with Bethany Air! The technician (Darrian) took the time to thoroughly discuss the problem and solution with me, and quickly resolved a billing question to my complete satisfaction.

I had Darrian come do an estimate for a new AC system a month ago. I've never been contacted by Bethany Air, but I have reached out to them more than once to follow-up. Both times I was given different reasons for the delay. First, they had to wait for pricing. A week or so later, after I called again, they lost a tech and things were crazy. This estimate is holding up other housing projects, and it seems this company isn't really that interested in my business, so I'll have to look elsewhere. Disappointing since this was on referral from a trusted general contractor.

The Serviceman arrived on time and start to find out what was the problem with my furnace; which he found out the thermostat was not to switching the heating on, it was running the air condition instead. He fixed that problem and made sure that the air condition was not trying to run when the heat turn on.

He check the upstairs thermostat to make sure it was working with the main thermostat downstairs which it was.

We did have a problem the next day and the same serviceman can and resolved the problem and said that I can call anytime if I have problem since now I am signed up for maintenance twice a year. I glad I decide to go with the maintenance plan.

On November 7th 2017, I had Bethany Air install a complete Carrier HVAC system at my home. I went with Bethany Air because of the great customer service and communication I received from the General Manager Joe during my vendor vetting process.

My decision was validated once I met my Installation Mechanics, Tim Zois Jr., and Brian Keeney. Those two guys are the best. They communicated with me during every stage of the process... Tim even pointed out things that were installed incorrectly with the HVAC system when the house was originally built, and without hesitation Bethany Air corrected those problems and did NOT even charge me. I'm patting myself on the back for selecting Bethany Air, it's very hard to find good vendors who provide excellent and quality service,.

Please use me as a reference anytime, it's the least I could do for the service you provided me!
