They were able to get us on the service schedule within 2 days. The tech was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our particular propane furnace system. He determined the issue right away, fixed it easily, and provided information to help us properly maintain the unit in the future. He recommended we purchase some parts to have on-hand, which we did. VERY pleased with the experience!
