I was so impress by the service that I received: from the time I called to get a quote to walking out the door. I called a few of the well known tier stores to match price tiers, and I was hesitant in calling Big-o since I wasn’t impressed with the service I had received in years past from this location. Little did I know, it is now under new management.
Chad (manger/owner) was able to beat the other competitors’ prices, without me telling him the prices that they offer me. When I came in I was met by Spencer…very friendly. With D’s (manager on duty…I’m assuming) help, Spencer and him were able to beat the price (only by a few bucks) than what Chad had quoted me.
I’d also like to point out that I notice a few times the front desk guys came out to the lobby area and to make sure it was clean. They even used disinfect wipes. Don’t see that at other shops. (Women notice things like this)
The icing to my cake was that I had to have another service done that they could have easily charged me for and didn’t. Because of that, I’m able to take that little saving and put it towards my next service ticket that I will be having them do.
So again I thank you for the great service I received and for winning me back as a customer.
