Will not be doing business again.
Customer came in to have a flat tire fixed. Customer was told that it would take a while and that he was 5th in line for flats. He said they were in no hurry. It takes about 20 mins per flat. They left at 1:18 Mins, saying they had been there 1 1/2 hours, which was close on time but not accurate. At the time they were ready to go, their flat was next in line at the time quoted to them. I do not understand why they are upset, given that they new approximately how much time it would take and we were on time with the time quote given. We hate loosing a good customer over what they believe to be bad service, but taking care of customers who had arrived before they walked in is also very important and sometimes creates timing issues. I feel sure Mr. Roder did not want us to ignore other customers.
