About
Our Yoga School in Astoria Queens is the only Bikram Yoga School in Queens. We encourage beginners to come to this class even if you have never done Yoga or any exercise at all. At Bikram Yoga Queens you will develop a heightened level of fitness, increased self confidence and renewed peace of mind. Instructors are pretty consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The space is clean and the class times are really convenient.
The new space is a huge improvement from the old one, but there are already places where the floor is starting to sink. When classes get crowded, these places are unusable and it really limits how many people can comfortably fit in the room.
For the cost, the classes and the space are great. However, class packages have time limits on them - 5 classes for 1 month, 10 classes for 2 months, etc. There is SOME flexibility (I bought a class package that went through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, so I had to be out of town a lot), but for how much you're paying, the classes should last however long they need to.

Hi. so glad you like our new space. I will admit we are having some bubbling in the new rubber floor. We attached it again this weekend and the results are very good! In the heat our floor unexpectedly expanded! We think its a great improvement to carpet. Hope to see you again sometime
