Bikram Yoga is a new experience for me. I have come to realize that it is a WORKOUT and not just "stretching". I have enjoyed the experience and felt better about my physique after the first class. I found myself walking taller and feeling leaner. I took the advice of the instructor and came back within 24 hours for my second class and I'm glad that I did. I think you have to push past the mindset of feeling awkward, inflexible, or the HEAT and just do it!
