Kudos to the Pinanacle team. I've had several excellent experiences dealing with Chris, Chase and others. I have to admit that I had been a BMW dealer service snob until Pinnacle was recommended to me. They do great work for a fair price and really want to do what is right for the customer. What more could one ask for in a service team? I highly recommend Pinnacle!
