Welcome to Bippo's Place for Smiles, the pediatric dental office of Dr. Edward L. Donaldson, Jr. and his daughter, Dr. Jill M. Donaldson. Our office has four pediatric dentists. We also have several general dentists to assist the pediatric dentists. Everyone at Bippo's Place for Smiles loves to make your child's trip to the dentist fun!

I am sorry that your visit was less than satisfactory. I assure you that the play area is checked and cleaned daily. If there was a problem, and you notified one of our staff, it would have been remedied immediately. Parents are always welcome to accompany their children in the operatory. Due to the open space, we prefer not to have other children in the operatory. We understand that parents sometimes have to bring the other children with them, however, for safety reasons, they can not be left unattended in the waiting area or the playrooms.

I am sorry that you feel this way. We try our very best with each of the patients to ensure a pleasant and fun visit with us. We train our staff to follow all OSHA guidelines regarding our patient's health and safety. All of our patients receive a "goody bag" to take home. The toothbrush and floss as well as the prizes they have chosen are put into the bag. Sometimes, the children will remove the tooth brush and continue to "practice" their brushing technique as they are walking out. Had his bag been misplaced we would have happily offered you another.

The employees seems to really take their time with the kids no matter how fussy they may be.
