They are alright when everything goes well... until they fried half of my hair off and tried to turn the tables on me. Still waiting for that call back from the owner/manager that was promised. Terrible customer service for the high end establishment it claims to be. It’s a shame and a sham.

On a side note: I had witnessed multiple hair disasters and disgruntled customers on my previous visits that they whisk away to a private office.. it makes sense now.

Nicole was very nice and personable. She gave me a very nice cut that I am happy with. Although the color is a nice color, I was disappointed that it wasn’t what I requested. I was asking for a bright copper/orange color and received a very dark plum red color. I think she realized it wasn’t the color I wanted cause at the end she said that I would need to come back for highlights if I wanted to achieve that. Which I would have been happy to do then and there had I known that was necessary rather than coming back. I was also surprised by the cost. When I made the appointment, I explained the color I was trying to achieve (she even googled the actress while I was on the phone with her) and I was quoted $175 for color and cut, yet at the end of the appointment I was charged $260. I didn’t make a fuss, I just paid it and even though the color was much darker than I hoped, it was a nice color and the cut was very nice. So I tipped Nicole very well. Then I came home and saw how badly my face was stained. I’ve been washing my hairline and eyebrows with soap and rubbing alcohol and it is not coming off. I even mentioned while she was putting the dye on my eyebrows that I usually use vasaline to prevent stains but she didn’t comment back and just continued. The stains are very bad. My eyebrows look much larger than they are and it’s very disheartening and I have even been brought to tears by looking at myself in the mirror. She did tell me it would go away but it doesn’t look like it’s coming off anytime soon. I called and left a very embarrassing message trying to explain my disappointment, although I’m not sure if that will change anything. It was my first time going to a salon to dye my hair. I haven’t dyed my hair in 10 years. I really thought this was going to be a nice birthday gift for myself but and although the color is a nice color, It just wasn’t what I had hoped for but again it is nice so I’m not trying to complain much about that, but I’m very sad by how badly my face is stained and feel I can’t even go outside until it washes off of my skin. If there is a way to prevent that from happening in the future then I would be happy to return to your establishment. I apologize for the negative feedback, Maybe it was because I was her last client and it seemed like she was rushing out or maybe I caught her on a bad day, The reviews I’ve read about her actually had me excited. I’m really not the type to complain but I felt I should say something because I am very sad that the stains won’t come off and the color is very very dark.

My hairdresser was very friendly, however my haircut is uneven shorter on the left side than right. Also, there were several strands that were uneven and longer than the rest and I had to cut them to even them out when I got home.

Wonderful experience with Kristin! I love my foilyage (balayage with foils). She was meticulous and thoughtful. The salon itself was safe and they have great protocols in place for the extended indoor time.
