I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treated, due to a problem with my dental insurance. I have dental insurance, and pay it every month, but was surprised when I received a bill. I contacted Blue Ridge Dentistry to try to figure out the problem and was treated as if I was lying about having insurance. I found the problem, my employer entered my info wrong TWICE! Blue Ridge was very rude to me and refused to resubmit my claim. All it took was a short phone call to my insurance company to file the claim. I will be looking for a new dentist.
We are sorry that you had such a difficult time with your employer providing your insurance with the proper information. After three unsuccessful attempts at submitting your claim, we had no alternative courses of action other than turning it over to you and your employer to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in such a situation until your employer corrected the problem and you contacted the insurance company to fix the issue as well. We do apologize and are sorry that you felt our billing staff were being rude, we simply could not do anything else on our end.
