We are sorry that you had such a difficult time with your employer providing your insurance with the proper information. After three unsuccessful attempts at submitting your claim, we had no alternative courses of action other than turning it over to you and your employer to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in such a situation until your employer corrected the problem and you contacted the insurance company to fix the issue as well. We do apologize and are sorry that you felt our billing staff were being rude, we simply could not do anything else on our end.

I know that we have contacted you offline to come in and have cleaning at no charge with a different hygienist. Sorry you felt that your wait was not reasonable. We have noticed that patients scheduled at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm wait longer than those scheduled at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. Unfortunately, updating paperwork, including health history, every year is a requirement set forward by the state department of health. It would be unfortunate for someone to have health complications due to us having outdated information.
