Outstanding attention, caring and professionalism. I am so happy with the doctor who is very experienced. He explains and demonstrates helpful exercises as well for specific issues. The front staff is excellent too. Being from medical background, I can't speak more highly for this group. Love my doctor!!
I left a negative review previously because the adjustment was painful and that upset me and made me angry. I had wrote in my review that the receptionist was rude after the fact. I wanted to write again because the way I treated the receptionist was not nice at all to begin with and what I said was unacceptable. We have spoke and they made things right with me and felt bad that my adjustment was painful. It was not their fault and chiropractic care was just not the right treatment for me that's why I rated it low but they did make everything right.
I ended up in the ER after my visit(with no insurance I might add) it was a very tramautic experience and extremely costly. I had a job interview the next day that I could not go to and will have to see my doctor for after care and medication. Horrible experience! When I called to get my records and told the receptionist what happened she was very rude and could seem to care less about it.
