Balloons 'N Blooms is a full service event decor company located in Baltimore and servicing the DC metropolitan area. Owner Wendy Pascall founded Balloons 'N Blooms in 2003 and grew into a master partnership in 2007. In 2012 Balloons 'N Blooms became BNB Events Decor focusing on full decor services.
Since BNB Events Decor inception, the company has expanded to a 3,000 square feet showroom allowing the company to showcase their creativity with colors and a variety of mediums including balloons, linen, fabric and ceiling draping, props etc. With over 50 years of decor experience within our team our design team can produce amazing results.

They delivered balloons that kept popping. They asked me what they could do to fix it. I told them they could get extra balloons to fill in the ones that popped. They blamed it on ppl who were cutting the grass but when no one was cutting the grass the balloons still popped. They never returned with the balloons.
